US reports state Brand is wanted by New Orleans police after the 36-year-old apparently lost his temper when he saw a photographer taking photos of him on his iPhone. Russell had been driving his vintage Ford Mustang with his girlfriend Oriela Medellin when he saw the secret snaps being taken. He is said to have jumped out of his car, snatched the paparazzo's mobile phone from his hand and then threw it through a law firm's window, smashing it on Monday night. Brand was named in a police report after the incident in New Orleans, where he is filming, by paparazzo Timothy Jackson, according to US website TMZ.
